HQPlayer not starting with Muso login

I wondered why HQPlayer is not started when I login in Muso. Former revisions did. it. Is there a reason why this feature was deleted?

It wasn't deleted, perhaps a change to HQPlayer prevents it from being auto-started. Did the change in behaviour coincide with an update to Muso (there haven't been any in quite a long time), or HQPlayer?

I don’t know if update of HQPlayer or Muso is responsible. I changed my PC board and CPU and updated both. Sorry.

I am using HQPlayer Desktop 4 Version 4.2.2.0

Check your path here is correct:

and that that folder contains a file HQPlayer4Desktop.exe

Check also for any errors in C:\Users\Public\Music\muso\logs\hqp.log

The location is correct and in the directory of HQPlayer 4 Desktop the exe file is also present.

When I don’t start any music file the log file finishes at the position deactivate. If it is of interest I could send you both, the HQPlayer log and Muso log file.
HQPlayer doesn’t start with Muso although everything seems ok. I have to start HQPlayer manually first or after Muso.

Sure send those to support@musoware.com, but there should also be an hqp.log which might be more useful.

I installed an older version of Muso (2.7.04) Build 2.7.4.0 and an old HQPlayer Version (4.19.0) and it works. Something has been changed in the new versions. When I have time I will send the logs for the new versions.
