I just posted to your email address the html file of a smaller album.
Unfortunately I do not have IE installed in my machine.
In Edge neither the file from the large album nor the other one show the scroll bar. The mouse wheel does not work either.
I will try and see if I can roll back my system to a stable version of Win10. I feasible I will let you know.
Thanks again for all your support.

Interesting, for me it does show the scrollbar in Edge but the standard scrollbar, not the dark styled scrollbar:

(ignore the album thumbnails not showing)

Could you show me a screenshot of the artist page or gallery page which does show the scrollbar? Just want to confirm that's shown in the right place - should be under the header not the whole page.

Yeah they are perfect, yet use exactly the same mechanism. This is most confusing. In the next release I'll make it force the album page scrollbar rather than make it automatic dependent on content (as that's what it should do, detect whether one is required or not).

I am puzzled too as it seems it has nothing to do with me using a pre-release of Windows.
On that note please read the program I am enrolled in
"Release Preview Channel / Have access to the upcoming release of Windows 10 prior to it being released to the world with advanced quality updates and certain key features"
I am almost certain that the issue we've been dealing with does not have anything to do with my version of Windows.
Thanks again for all your support.

OK have done a patch build that should turn that album page scrollbar on unconditionally, not dependent on content (so will show even when all content fits, at least in normal circumstances). So see if that has any effect. If not, then please turn the debug option on (tap on the bug top right to make it go red), go to an album page with the issue, then close muso and send me the muso2.log file that is written to in the C:\Users\Public\Music\muso folder. That might reveal something.

I sent you two log files by email on Dec 10. It read, as follows
"Attached please find 2 different muso2.log files.
One was generated after turning debug on with muso already running. The other one was written when starting muso with debug on.
On both cases the screen was displaying the same large album with no scroll bar.
The renamed files identify which one is which.
Thanks"

I didn't get that email on the 10th - you sent it to support@musoware.com ?
