Only importing 14 of 32 tracks

This is a bit strange.
DG issued the Philadelphia Orchestra/Yannick Nezet-Seguin Mahler Symphony No. 8 with 32 tracks.
When I try to import into Muso, only tracks 19-32 import, the first 18 are missing.
I have tried deleting and re-importing with the same result. Also tried "Re-import Album Folder" option. I don't believe there is a tagging issue. FWIW, all 32 tracks import properly in JRiver. The status readout on Muso says 32 songs parsed but only 19-32 get imported.
Any suggestions?
