When I am in the database view, I can't seem to get all the columns to display normally. Note that the ones on the right are greyed out and and don't seem to display correctly.
Any suggestions on how to fix?

I'm afraid you're not going to like the answer : change your font scaling to 100%, it's in display settings:

That worked. Am using an LCD TV as a monitor, so it involves some compromises
Re: Music database view problems
It seems there is a bug with Microsoft .NET (the run-time system I'm using to build muso) in supporting font scaling other than 100% - I've tried before to work around this with no success. Hopefully the next version of .NET will fix it.
In fact it only seems to be an issue if your primary (or only) monitor is not 100%. If you have a primary monitor at 100% and a secondary monitor at 125% or 150%, it seems to behave on both.
