Jeremy and I had spoken about this on the other forums before but I wanted to start an official thread about it here on the new site.
I would like to be able to use the back and forward buttons on my Logitech mouse while navigating in muso.
Back and forward buttons
Re: Back and forward buttons
The buttons on my Logitech trackball work fine in Muso - i'm surprised your mouse buttons don't.
Re: Back and forward buttons
Really? Jeremy told me the Logitech devices weren't supported in muso.
Re: Back and forward buttons
Yeah I did do some work a while back to respond to media buttons on peripherals. Works fine if I configure my Microsoft mouse for back/forward. Anyone else with a Logitech mouse that can try it?
Re: Back and forward buttons
I don't think I quite said that.Morbeas wrote:Really? Jeremy told me the Logitech devices weren't supported in muso.
Re: Back and forward buttons
Don't make me dig out your post from the other board!
Re: Back and forward buttons
I tried that, I can't find what I said! But I may have said the codes from yours might be non-standard - but I don't know for sure it's the same for all Logitech peripherals.
Re: Back and forward buttons
Any progress on this, Jeremy?
Re: Back and forward buttons
Sorry no, been busy on other things. Please send me a muso.log file capturing what happens when you try your media buttons - we're looking for lines that start with the word "WndProc".
Re: Back and forward buttons
Got it. Will send later today.
Thanks.
Thanks.
