A whole bunch of (mostly minor) usability suggestions

Request a new feature to add to Muso, or vote +1/-1 for anyone else's suggestion. Even just a few votes will get it looked into (just one possibly not).

Thanks for the 'Hierarchy' theme-ing. This really makes a big improvement to this feature - will use it a lot more now I can set the text size big enough to read :)
