After changing from running as administrator back to normal, Muso does not start HQPlayer even though is selected as player under Options.
If I try to select it in the main window, I get the following error

I think I fixed that in a patch build to 2.3.22 - so please download and reinstall if your help/about is showing build 2.3.22.0.

OK, build 01 of 2.3.22 fixed it.
