With 2.3.21 I cannot drag images anymore to set artwork.
I tried both from Chrome browser and from local.
It worked in previous builds.

Seems to work for me - was it one particular image you were having problems with?

No, very simple cover images 300x300 or 500x500.
I click on one of many albums, then I do a Google search, but also if I drag one image from local HD.

Is there a limit to Muso database for covers?

Furthermore, in Artist view there are certain albums that have no cover, but if I click on the album, Muso has automatically found a cover for it which as I said is not visible in Artist view.

There's no limit, it stores them in a folder rather than the database, so the only limit is your disk space.

What mouse icon do you see when you drag an image to the album page? Does it indicate that the drop is active or disabled? As I said I've tried it and don't see an issue.

Re: albums without covers: Muso will force a full album cover search when you drill down to the album page, but not when the album appears elsewhere - it may be the case that the previous lookup for this album failed to find an image, or the last artwork scan after importing was aborted, or it's not considered a "full" album (the artwork scan after an import only searches for new full albums), and this album has never been focused upon before.

When I drag an image, the mouse icon shows that it's disabled.

Does it make a differene if you run Muso as administrator?

Got it!
I was running as administrator, which I thought was "needed".
Removing that option, I can now drop images as normal.

Running as administrator is only needed for running the remote server, but it shouldn't affect your ability to drag in images - and for you it's only working with admin mode off?
