Hierarchy and Database Text Size

Was wandering if it might be possible to make the text size for the hierarchy list to be adjustable? With the way I use Muso I find the text to be just a bit too small to be comfortable (my aging eyesight doesn't help matters either), and I'd probably use this function a good deal more if the text was more readable.
Also, I've recently noticed that the text in the database view changes with the font setting in the appearance options (Normal Web Font I think). I've made a number of changes to my theme and the fonts I use and have found that the database text is now also a bit too small which means changing the options before doing any extended work in the database view. Could this also perhaps be made independent or perhaps theme controlled?
