As I am doing quite a bit of "touch ups" to the database - for ex. for compilations or multi CD albums - on one computer, is it possible to transfer the database to another computer? How?
The links to the tracks stay the same on both PCs.

There's no facility to do this, but you could handle it manually. You could copy folder C:\Users\Public\Music\muso to a new computer, but as you said you would have to ensure the paths to all media files are identical.
