Muso database to Quad 66 amp - simply

Hi - please bear with me, I am a wrinklie and am a bit out of my depth.
I have a large classical CD collection that I wish to rip to a portable hard drive with a view to linking into my elderly Quad 66 preamp and ESL 63 speakers.
Your software looks good to do the job of cataloging, sorting, metadata sourcing etc and I would like to use it.
However I am at a loss as to how to link the resulting data to my hifi. Wireless network or via a pc are not an option for various reasons. Cable, bluetooth or infared would suit with cable preferred and I do not want to lose sound quality.
I obviously would like to make full use of your search and sort facility in order to play exactly the movements I want at any one time. There is no need for a remote facility, random or play lists.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks
