Excluded tracks are being re-included after scan.

I've a whole bunch of tracks which I don't need access to in Muso which I've 'Excluded' (using either the library tag tick-box or the RMB menu in the browser). When I do a re-scan (LMS) these tracks are being re-included in the library and I have to find them and exclude them again.

The scan log is showing these tracks as "Updated"...."selected=True".

To add the oddness all these tracks have a distinct genre which after their re-inclusion is not visible in the genre filter list but IS visible in the genre hierarchy view?
