Create voting thread?

I don't see the option to create a new thread with voting enabled. Am I blind?

Oh no I have to navigate the admin section again - it's so complex! Powerful it may be, but the admin could be simplified I'm sure.

OK I think you should be able to create a poll now in the Discussion threads, but not the feature requests/bug threads.
