Add track enqueue icon to track listings on album and artist pages - these follow the standard modifier key convention

Change the track name click function to offer another way to go to the track page.

• thus ANY track can be the focus of the Track page, not just the playing track (only the playing track will show the timeline or react to track transitions, however).
• add play/enqueue buttons to track page
• track name still supports right-click context menu
