What backup strategy do you use?

Mine is pretty simple:

I use two external Drobo units (which are basically RAID arrays) to store all my music and these two Drobos are connected via USB to the computer which runs Squeezebox Server. I keep a two full mirrored backups of these Drobos on two other Drobos connected to a different computer. Simple and effective.

Anyone else?

All my music is on a 2TB Liv Juke VortexBox device (using less than half of this so plenty of room for growth). I have a 2TB external drive that I plug into the Juke every couple of weeks and then it's a simple incremental backup operation.
