Open Last FM links in Muso

Post by RichG »

Would it be possible for Last FM links (and any others for that matter) to open in Muso rather than externally? This would be consistent with Wikipedia links and would save having to go back and forth between IE and Muso.

Thanks again.

Ah, I have to be careful here. Something in the Terms&Conditions of using the last.fm API says that any use of their data within an application must provide a link to the last.fm page. I do have permission from them to use certain API calls in the product, but if I opened that page within the product itself, that could be construed as embellishing my product with unauthorised data.

In fact, I'll have to double-check the Wikipedia T&Cs too - those pages may have to open externally too. I'd be surprised if that data wasn't public domain though.

Can't see why it should be a problem if you are just providing a browser window, but then, I 'm no lawyer.
