Muso 2.3 not installing

I have repeatedly downloaded and tried to install the 32 bit version 2.3.0, but every time the installer says "The installer was interrupted before muso2 could be installed. You need to restart the installer again."
Software is XP SP3 with .NET 4.
The 64 bit version installs fine on my W8.1 machine.

Yeah I've recently found out this is due to a technical build issue that means the 2.3.0 installer was only compatible with Windows 7 & 8. I'm going to revert my build environment so that it's compatible with older OS's too. Watch this space.

OK please try 2.3.01 which is available now.

OK, thanks. That installed but it does not run - hangs on the "opening" message. I've done a diagnostic log and will send it by email.

OK. Tried the 32-bit installer on my XP test box and it runs OK.

Ah - runs OK until the point I try to connect an LMS player then I get the same as you. This is an odd XP issue.

Can you try the latest 2.3.1 build 7?
