Re: Number of albums displayed on a page

Ok. Thanks for that. V1 loads all initially when the number is set to 0 and I had got used to the way the page populated. I can understand it might be a bit slow with a large database. I'm not that lucky!

Cheers.

Number of albums displayed on a page

2.0.14 Not a huge bug.... Setting "Number of Albums to Display on a page" to 0 (to display all) results in only about 100 thumbnails being displayed. When you scroll to the bottom, there is a short pause before the next 100 are loaded. And so on until they are all loaded. If the number is ...

PM not going....

I might be being thick, but I have tried to send a PM. I click on submit and it goes into my Outbox. I can view it there, and edit it, but can't send it.... I wrote it again with the same result. But I sent one to myself and when I clicked on submit, it went, got received, and showed in my Sent box....

To Mat.w.
I know what a steep learning curve this can be. I've PM'd you my email address. I'm more than happy talking you through the setting up of a computer based system. And the best way to transfer your music to hard disk. Get it right the first time, and do it once. That's the secret.

The Logitech Squeezebox range has been discontinued but that doesn't stop them from working! They are still available second hand (and maybe even new). I have just bought a second Squeezebox Touch for £170. Google reviews of them and you will be amazed at their quality.

Re: Cursor keys on home screen

You are absolutely correct. I never noticed that. I just assumed it needed a click and had always done one.

That's not so bad then. Thanks.

Cursor keys on home screen

I use Muso from a laptop, and my big fingers don't get on too well with the touchpad, so I tend to use the keyboard when I can, especially when navigating on my home screen with all my album covers displayed. I find that when the home screen loads up I have to click in the vertical scroll bar or in ...

Re: Accessing database on remote PC

Thanks MDE but that's bloody annoying then! My tree is exactly the same as yours. As I share each of the 5 folder in the tree, they appear on my laptop as a network place. If I go into each I can get as far down as All Users but clicking on Application Data or below results in a message Windows Cann...
