Re: Colors
Yeah I'll try to find a dim gray and orange/gold headings one with white text, to roughly match the default dark theme in muso.

Re: Create voting thread?
Oh no I have to navigate the admin section again - it's so complex! Powerful it may be, but the admin could be simplified I'm sure.

Re: The concept of "Bonus Track" & "Bonus CD"
Yeah, I was thinking for Orbis comments, we can use something like "BONUS" as the tag, flagging it with a 1 to set it. I think it shouldn't stop it from being displayed at all, just not counting those ratings in the calculation for album score. Everything happens in the background. Well i...

Re: The concept of "Bonus Track" & "Bonus CD"
It would, and it's a good idea - the field in Muso could be maintained there after import or (more likely) fed by a custom tag. The same applies to some albums I have where "applause" is included as a track on it's own. For any such tagged track it could simply suppress the rating from bei...

Muso Sluggish
I deleted the original thread by mistake, trying to move it into this sub-forum archive.
However we can mark it as fixed - it was the situation with the sibling artwork folder causing the issue (collating over 1000 images for each album!).
Fixed in 1.5.16.

Re: Numeric Value for Album Score
Yes I think this is the most widely adopted forum software on the net - all uploaded to a brand new domain, so it should be good enough for our needs. I'm moving the muso wiki next, using mediawiki, as used by wikipedia. So this is all proper stuff. Thanks to my new ISP! I might try to get a proper ...

Quite a few people use dBpoweramp for ripping. If you rip to FLAC, it creates these tags (where you have ?s)
ALBUMARTIST, DISCNUMBER, DISCTOTAL, TRACK, TRACKTOTAL
Of course, Humpty Dumpty's rule applies, so other rippers might call them something different.

Numeric Value for Album Score
Morbeas Saturday, 2:04 PM EST I'd like to see the numerical value displayed in addition to the (or in lieu of) star graphic. This could be persistent or configurable via an option. Thanks. 68.193.30.189 1. RE: Numeric value for album score Sunday, 11:20 AM EST Something like this would be awesome! ...

Timeline Slider Bar
Morbeas Monday, 9:20 PM EST It'd be nice to have a persistent timeline slider bar thingy. See screenshot please: http://s14.postimage.org/w7e2sy9gx/Muso_Slider_Bar.jpg 87.194.118.117 1. Flexible Tag Mapping
MDE1 Sunday, 5:07 PM EST Problem: Muso is an excellent manager for classical music. Unfortunately most other music software handles it pretty badly. For example, the otherwise superb SB Touch only displays Title, Artist and Album (and direct from the file metadata, so can't even use Custom Tags to ...
