Re: PRODUCT RETIREMENT
That's sad, and completely understandable. It's still a great piece of software, and as long as it continues to work as it has done for quite a few years, I will be happy. I must confess I looked at Roon a bit back and wondered what all the fuss was about. Cheers, and thanks. Totally agree with Ed ...

Re: Is Muso still being developed
My first post here for a while - why? Well, Muso just works great and doesn't need much further improvement! To my mind the only significant improvement would be a better web app for access from other devices, e.g. iPad, over the LAN. These days I tend to just use LMS Material skin for that, but a ...

Re: Performer playing different instrument(s)/different sess
You are absolutely right!!! In the Album Collation I had a comma, a semi-colon and a plus sign. I guess these are the default separators that come set with muso. I do not recall fiddling with these settings ever. Maybe I added the semi-colon but I am not sure. I removed the comma and the plus sign a...

Re: Performer playing different instrument(s)/different sess
Firstly, I restarted the PC and after launching muso nothing changed. I then renamed the files we have been referring to, imported them but again no changes.
I am sorry to be a hassle for such a minor thing.

Re: Performer playing different instrument(s)/different sess
I've added Performer(s) to the selected db columns as suggested. Attaching an image showing db after having changed the suffix between brackets from a ";" to a ",". However, this change has no effect in the way the performers are displayed on the album page as previously reported...

Re: Performer playing different instrument(s)/different sess
I am attaching 2 images taken from Mp3tag showing the tags added by me to the files mentioned. You will note that there were 2 different recording sessions. Files 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 refer to one session and no. 5 alone refers to another one. On this later one Eddie Harris played tenor saxophone (ts) o...

Re: Performer playing different instrument(s)/different sess
Attached the screenshot as requested.I am also attaching another one showing the import actions as defined. They are a bit of a mess and, now that you pointed it out, may be the cause of this behaviour.

Performer playing different instrument(s)/different sessions
In case of a given performer playing different instrument(s) in two or more sessions muso treats that performer as different ones. In the attached image the name Eddie Harris should also be listed as a Performer immediately below the Album Artist and the Album Name together with the other 2 names sh...

Transfer data from one custom field to a fresh new one
Quite a few years ago when I started using Muso I populated a custom field with some data I thought of interest. Last year I decided to use a new field which will have the same type of data plus some more, if available and stopped using the former one. I now wonder if there is some way within Muso t...

Re: After update no scrolling
I've been away. I will send you the requested files tomorrow. PS- Just a quick note. After deleting album.css, which by the way was read only, I finally got a working scroll bar back. Of course the mouse wheel is now also operative. I tested it with both ver 2.6.71 and 2.7 and everything seems in or...
