Re: Exclamation Mark! - File Path problem
I did, but that did not solve the problem.
After installing 1.5.27 I did an [incremental] import from Muso. Same problem.
Then I did first a complete clear and rescan from the LMS web interface of LMS itself, followed by a clear DB and full import from Muso. Still, the same problem.

Re: Exclamation Mark!
Yes, Muso added these paths by importing from LMS.
No, those tracks cannot be queued to LMS, but they populate the playlist, but are skipped during CD playback.
No, All instances where the 'å' is recognised also displays it correctly as 'å'.

Re: Exclamation Mark!
It seems as if the problem has to do with file and/or path name includes the special Norwegian character 'å' (as you can see in the attached screendump). But what puzzles me is that I have a large number of albums with file name/path that includes this character and there is no problem. So the issue...

Re: Art Scanning
I understand. Now that I know about it - I will.
I just thought it would make sense, in order for you to eliminate furture support load from others who eventually will experience the same ....
Anyway, thanks for your excellent support.

Re: Art Scanning
You were right, - If I take great care and ensure that NAS folder access is authenticated, then it works ok.
But would it be possible to make Muso bring up a dialog box and ask for authentication (just like explorer does), instead of just posting an error message in the log file?

Exclamation Mark! - File Path problem
Dear Jezbo,
In one Album Named "96% Låvedans" - I get red exclamation marks when I click on each track.
What does the red exclamation mark mean?

Re: Getting the word out there
Dear Jezbo, In my opinion - what you need to do, is to make an iPhone App version of Muso (and/or an Android App). Even if version 1.0 only works while the users is within his/her home WLAN, it's on the mobile platform that the future is won. And as you know, getting a dollar or two for every downlo...

Re: Art Scanning
Oh, I'm sorry - I didn't understand your question. The answer is Yes, - I do have to provide username/password to access the music folder. In my mind - it would be risky to leave the NAS wide open to anyone in my family or guest to have anonymous access to my server - don't you agree? And if you do ...

Re: Art Scanning
Hmmmm.... Yes, I do have a UserName/Password authentication to access my LMS. This is properly entered into the Options Window under the Tab; Music Sources Squeezebox Server. Everything else works just fine, so I naturally assume that Muso knows how and when to provide the username and password give...
