Thanks so much for the remote HQplayer web browser. Two questions:
1) Will multichannel content work (I assume so)?
2) Is there a way to get the thumbnail grid cover art view rather than a columnar view of everything?
Thx
Ted

Re: support for HQplayer
Yes, a checkbox option to show bit depth and sample rate under the album info would be wonderful.
Question: since Muso is "simply" (I know it ain't simple) handing HQplayer playlists, will this work for multichannel playback too (since HQPlayer is fine with multichannel)?

Re: support for HQplayer
DSF is not a Playstation codec (except that a few older Playstations play SACD). In the DSD world there is nothing called MiniDSF, for example (those are Sega game codecs). I think that library is the wrong choice IMO. I use JRIver or Foobar or other player to tag WAV. I realize WAV metadata is not ...

Re: support for HQplayer
DSF is a DSD format. There are two, DSDIFF (aka DFF) and DSF. DSD was co-created by Phillips and Sony, and each created a file extension. DSF (DSD Stream FIle) simply has a header that supports tagging.

Re: support for HQplayer
No. DFF does not support ID3V2. Don;t worry about DFF. All DSF tags from Native DSD are tagged (I'm the one who does it :) ) , as are most commercially available DSF tracks. They are standard ID3V2 and visible in all known players (JRiver, Foobar, etc) including HQplayer. That is why this is a legit...

I am also co-founder of NativeDSD dot com, a label cooperative that offers high resolution natively recorded (or transferred from analog) DSD files for download, in both stereo ...
